GUEST POLICIES
Two (2) Night minimum stay required on Weekends
(Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday).
Three (3) Night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Early or Late arrivals may be arranged with
advance notice.
A credit card number and 50 percent deposit is
required and must be received within one (1) week of making the
reservation.
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. Personal
Checks are accepted for DEPOSITS only.
All balances are due at the time of Check-In.
For the health, safety and comfort of all our
guests, please observe our "No Smoking" policy in the house
and in the apartment.
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate your pets.
Cancellations
ALL cancellations are subject to a 20 percent
service charge.
Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to
arrival date in order to be refunded deposit.
If cancellation is made 20 days or less prior to
arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit only if we are able
to re-book your room for the extent of your original reservation.
